Meet the Host

Tal Danai

Founder of ArtLink · Cultural Entrepreneur · Storyteller

Tal Danai founded ArtLink in 1996 and has spent three decades exploring the relationship between art, culture and human experience. Through ArtLink, he has worked with artists, makers and cultural communities around the world, creating narrative-led art experiences that bring the stories behind creative expression into focus. Endangered Crafts grew from this long-standing curiosity about the people and knowledge behind what we make. As host, Tal travels to meet the craftspeople and communities keeping these traditions alive, listening to their stories and asking what we lose when these skills disappear, and what it takes to carry them forward.
